Trauma Release Breathwork under expert guidance is a powerful and body-oriented process. This process helps free you from trauma, intense events and stored stress in your body. This therapy takes you to your inner core, hidden beneath all the built-up defense mechanisms. We use varied techniques to activate and target the psoas muscle, also known as the muscle of the soul. We activate the cell memory of our own physical body. During a breathing session you experience an interplay of thoughts, feelings, emotions and sensations. We will work with your nervous system to experience safety and thus open the gate to the subconscious, where unprocessed traumas and repressed emotions are stored and can be released. This method provides access to physical release of beliefs and experiences gained in the past. There should be no explanation for what you cleaned up. Insights may follow during and after the sessions about these limiting beliefs or defense mechanisms to make different choices in the future. The roots of struggles often lie in early childhood stages without you having a conscious memory of it. Unprocessed pieces from previous lives, transferred by ancestors, are also stored in your body and want to be given space. Trauma Release Breathwork is a dedicated journey towards freeing yourself and the burden you have consciously or unconsciously carried. It opens doors to recovery and self-discovery, giving you the opportunity to experience the power of your body and mind in overcoming deep-seated challenges. The self-healing capacity of your own body is activated. A lot of space is provided for aftercare. The session will last for a while and our availability remains for as long as you need it. We would like to welcome you in a cozy yurt in Kortessem. Maximum 8 participants. We provide mattresses, blankets, pillows and the necessary snacks for afterwards. We end the evening with a sharing round and ensure that everyone can leave safely.
